By accessing www.junzeng.shop or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Site or services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Kunming Junzeng International Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd. We may update them at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We provide computer systems design, integration, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, data engineering, and IT consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work.
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. Prohibited conduct includes violating laws, unauthorized access, introducing malware, disrupting functionality, using automated extraction tools, or misrepresenting identity. Account holders are responsible for credential confidentiality.
All Site content — text, graphics, logos, images, code — is owned by us and protected by law. "Junzeng International" is our trademark. Client deliverables are transferred upon full payment. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written consent.
Provide accurate information, designate an authorized contact, ensure proper licensing of provided materials, cooperate in good faith, pay fees as agreed, and comply with applicable laws.
Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Client pays applicable taxes. Services may be suspended for non-payment. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Both parties protect confidential information (business plans, technical data, trade secrets). Obligations survive termination for 5 years (indefinitely for trade secrets). Information used only for engagement purposes.
Liability capped at fees paid in prior 12 months. No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or data interruption.
Services "as is." All implied warranties disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
You indemnify us against claims from your violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
30-day notice by either party. Immediate termination for material breach uncured within 15 days. Fees up to termination date remain payable. Certain provisions survive.
Neither party liable for delays beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures.
Governed by PRC law. Good-faith negotiation for 30 days, then CIETAC arbitration in Kunming, Yunnan, in English. Award is final and binding.
